The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) states that you need 0.8 grams of protein for every kilogram of body weight. If you weigh 60kg, you need to consume at least 48g of protein. If you are 70kg then it is 56g of protein and if your weight is 80g, you need to consume 64g of protein.
