You may not actually know where your time, energy, and attention are going… and end up saying yes to other things.
Challenge #2: Choose (intentionally) how to spend your time
Do things that really matter to you most and the things are for yourself.
Challenge #3: Practice saying no
Allow yourself to feel that uncomfortable feeling that comes up for you when you turn someone down. Say “no” kindly and respectfully, but firmly.
